When will registrations for the conference open?
Registrations are scheduled to open in November 2022. Please keep an eye on the website or look out for communications from NZPF advising when registrations do open.
Can I book accommodation for the conference?
Yes, accommodation can be booked at a range of hotels during the registration process. Please visit the accommodation page for more information on the available hotels.
Car Rental
Avis Rent a Car is offering its corporate rates to Meeting delegates. Please call the Avis Office Queenstown and request a quote giving the booking reference number AWD: Z994400.
Climate
The average minimum temperature (usually during the night) in Queenstown in September is 2°C, with an average maximum temperature of 13°C.
Visitors traveling to Queenstown should bring a waterproof rain jacket and plan on layering clothes. Some days can be nice and warm however it can also be a bit chilly.

Dress
The dress for all Conference sessions and social functions is smart casual.
Name Badges
Name badges will be given to all delegates on registration. We ask that you always wear your badge, including social functions.
Queenstown Airport
Queenstown Airport is serviced by frequent flights from Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
The airport is located only 15 minutes from the CBD. All major rental car agencies have service desks located at Queenstown Airport and the airport is serviced by shuttles, taxis, and bus services.
A taxi fare from the airport to the CBD is around $45.00 (2022 pricing).
