Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you cancel your registration on or prior to 30 June 2021 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.

In the event that the Conference is cancelled due to Covid-19 related restrictions delegates will receive a full refund.
